jobs, verifying and managing schedules, coordinating press ok’s and
outsourcing, verifying estimates and writing production plans through

Controlled all printing projects
from the aspect of kitting, filling orders and preparing drop shipments on a

working up to 7 days a week, 24 hours a day on a rotating basis.
Responsibilities included tasking all Plant functions with Vice President of
Operations, including lending assistance to Shipping manager to meet
schedules. Constantly created new methods of kitting line setup have
led to positive efficiencies while using existing crews per shift.
Purchased custom carton machine to save expense of purchasing cartons from
outside sources, reducing carton expenses by 34% annually.
Quality Control Supervisor Responsible for all customer and
self-press checks, sample pulling while all projects are on press, including
middle of the night press oks. Duties included cataloging spoilage reports,
tracking types of spoilages, administering color tests to prospective
employees as well as existing, and timely sample shipping and approval.
Designed and monitored pull-sheet system to set house densities standard with
ability to track printing issues down to specific sheet counts with this
method of tracking by press counts. Transformed Quality Control within
one years time from a single entity of responsibility to maintenance of
quality responsibilities turned over to department managers - eliminating
